About Juka

What is Juka and what do you do?

Juka is a full-service digital marketing agency in Business Bay, Dubai, helping ambitious businesses grow online through SEO, PPC, social media, web design, and strategic consulting. We work with SMEs scaling up, real estate brands, hospitality groups, e-commerce companies, and startups across the UAE and beyond.

Our founding principle is simple: marketing should pay for itself. Every campaign we run is tied to measurable business outcomes, not vanity metrics or activity reports.

Where is Juka based?

Juka is located at Empire Heights A, 16th Floor, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. You can reach us by phone at +971 55 122 9821 or by email at info@gojuka.com. We typically respond within two business hours.

How long has Juka been in business?

Juka has been operating since 2018, giving us over 7 years of experience in the Dubai and wider UAE market. In that time we've grown more than 150 brands across 9 industries, with a 98% client retention rate, which we believe speaks for itself.

What makes Juka different from other Dubai agencies?

Juka stands out through strategy-first planning, senior-led accounts, no lock-in contracts, and reporting focused on real business outcomes, not vanity metrics. A few things stand out:

  • Strategy before spend. We map your market position, competitor gaps, keyword opportunities, and audience intent before a single campaign goes live. Most agencies skip this step.
  • Senior-led accounts. The team that presents your strategy is the team that runs it. No handoffs to junior staff.
  • No lock-in contracts. We don't trap clients in long retainers. We earn the relationship month by month through results.
  • Real numbers. We report on page-one rankings, cost-per-acquisition, and ROAS, not follower counts and impressions dressed up in a PDF.
Which industries do you work with?

We have deep experience across nine industries: e-commerce, real estate, hospitality, professional services, retail, healthcare, finance, automotive, and startups. We also work with businesses outside these categories. Our methodology adapts to any market. The first step is always understanding your specific audience and competitive landscape before applying any frameworks.

Our Services

What services does Juka offer?

Juka offers five core services: SEO, PPC and paid advertising, social media management, web design and development, and digital marketing consulting. We offer five core services:

  • SEO: technical audits, on-page optimisation, content strategy, link building, local SEO, and Arabic SEO.
  • PPC / Paid Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Shopping campaigns.

Can I hire Juka for just one service?

Yes. Many clients come to us for a single service and expand over time as they see results. There is no requirement to take on multiple services at once. Many clients come to us for a single service, typically SEO, paid ads, or a website build, and expand over time as they see results. We'll recommend what makes sense for your goals and budget, not what maximises our revenue.

How do I know which service is right for my business?

Our free 30-minute strategy call is designed to answer exactly this: we review your digital presence, goals, budget, and competitive landscape, then give you an honest recommendation. We'll look at your current digital presence, your goals, your budget, and your competitive landscape, then give you an honest recommendation on where your money will work hardest. There's no commitment required. Just a 30-minute conversation. Book yours here.

Do you work with businesses outside Dubai?

Yes. While our deepest expertise is in the UAE market, we work with clients across the GCC and internationally. Geography is not a barrier to working with us. Our remote-first workflows mean geography isn't a barrier. That said, our local market knowledge (Arabic SEO, UAE search behaviours, Dubai-specific platforms and audiences) is a genuine advantage for businesses targeting UAE customers.

SEO

How long does SEO take to show results?

SEO in Dubai typically shows first keyword movement within 6–12 weeks, with significant organic traffic growth visible at the 3–6 month mark. Most clients see the first keywords move into the top 20 within 6–12 weeks of technical fixes and on-page optimisation. Significant organic traffic growth is typically visible at the 3–6 month mark, with compounding results continuing beyond that.

Timelines vary based on your industry's competitiveness, your domain's age and authority, and your starting position. A new domain in a competitive sector will take longer than an established site with existing rankings. We'll give you a realistic forecast during your initial audit.

Do you offer Arabic SEO?

Yes. The UAE is a bilingual search market and we provide Arabic keyword research, native-quality content creation, and hreflang implementation to capture both English and Arabic search demand. The UAE market is bilingual, and a significant portion of search volume happens in Arabic, particularly for local services, hospitality, retail, and real estate. Ignoring one language means leaving half the market unaddressed.

What's the difference between local SEO and national SEO in the UAE?

Local SEO targets location-based searches like "dentist near me" and focuses on Google Maps; national UAE SEO targets broader keywords using domain authority and content depth. Local SEO targets location-based searches: "dentist near me", "restaurant in JBR", "gym in Marina". It focuses on Google Maps results, Google Business Profile optimisation, local citations, and geo-specific keywords. This is critical for any business with a physical presence or a service area.

National / UAE-wide SEO targets broader terms that aren't location-specific. This relies more on domain authority, content depth, and backlink quality. Most businesses benefit from a combined approach, prioritising local first and building out from there.

How do you measure SEO success?

We measure SEO success through keyword ranking movements, organic traffic growth, click-through rates, and organic conversions, not vanity metrics like raw impressions. We focus on metrics that connect to your business outcomes, not vanity numbers. Our monthly reporting covers: keyword ranking movements across your target terms, organic traffic growth, click-through rates, and most importantly, organic conversions and revenue where tracking is in place.

We don't cherry-pick the metrics that look good. Every report shows what worked, what didn't, and what we're doing about it.

Can I run SEO alongside Google Ads at the same time?

Yes, and we often recommend it. Google Ads deliver immediate visibility while SEO builds long-term organic presence, and the two channels compound each other when managed together. Yes, and we often recommend it. Data from paid campaigns (which keywords convert, which audiences respond, which messages land) directly informs your SEO keyword strategy.

As your organic rankings grow, we can strategically reduce paid spend on keywords you're already owning organically, shifting budget toward harder-to-rank terms. The two channels compound each other when managed together.

PPC & Paid Advertising

How much should I budget for Google Ads in Dubai?

As a general starting point, we recommend a minimum of AED 3,000–5,000 per month in ad spend to generate meaningful data within 30 days, though the right budget depends on your industry and goals. There's no single answer; it depends on your industry, competition level, and growth goals. Dubai is a competitive market, particularly in real estate, finance, legal, and professional services where cost-per-click can be high.

Below this threshold, the algorithm doesn't have enough signals to optimise effectively. We'll give you a custom budget recommendation, along with projected cost-per-lead estimates, during your free PPC audit.

What's a good ROAS (return on ad spend)?

The common UAE e-commerce benchmark is 4–6× ROAS; Juka clients average 4.8× across campaigns. For lead generation businesses, we focus on cost per qualified lead rather than ROAS. A good ROAS depends entirely on your margins. For UAE e-commerce, a common benchmark is 4–6×, meaning AED 4–6 in revenue for every AED 1 spent on ads. For lead generation businesses, we focus on cost per qualified lead and cost per acquisition rather than ROAS, since revenue doesn't flow directly from the ad platform.

Which ad platforms do you manage?

We manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn Advertising, and TikTok Ads. Many UAE businesses benefit from a multi-platform approach: Google captures high-intent searches, while social platforms excel at brand building, retargeting, and audience discovery. We'll recommend the right mix based on your audience and goals.

How quickly will I see results from paid advertising?

Paid advertising delivers traffic from day one, with campaign performance typically improving 30–50% over the first 4–6 weeks as the algorithm optimises. You'll see traffic from day one of launch. Campaign performance typically improves 30–50% over the first 4–6 weeks as the algorithm accumulates bidding data, audience targeting is refined, and A/B test results start to inform optimisation decisions.

The first two weeks are a learning phase. Weeks 3–8 are where performance really starts to emerge. We share weekly data throughout so you're never in the dark.

Do you write the ad copy, or do I need to provide it?

We write it. Ad copy including headlines, descriptions, and CTAs is included as part of our PPC management service at no extra charge. We research your competitors, study your USPs, and write multiple variants to test against each other. For display and social campaigns, we provide creative direction and can work with your design team or ours for visual assets.

Social Media

How many posts per week do you publish?

We typically recommend 4–5 feed posts per week on Instagram plus daily Stories and 3–4 Reels per month, and 3 posts per week on LinkedIn. However, posting cadence isn't a fixed formula. We test quality against your account's own engagement data and adjust accordingly. Publishing less content that performs well beats flooding feeds with content that gets ignored.

Do you produce video content, or just design graphics?

Our standard packages include graphic design, video editing, and copywriting; full video production (filming, location shoots) can be scoped as an add-on or sourced through our Dubai production partners. Many clients supply raw footage or photography that we edit into polished social content, which is often the most cost-effective approach.

Can you manage our TikTok account?

Yes. TikTok is one of our fastest-growing service areas, and we handle strategy, scripting, video editing, posting, and trend monitoring for UAE brands. TikTok requires a fundamentally different creative approach from Instagram; we build a dedicated content strategy rather than repurposing assets from other channels.

How do you measure social media ROI?

Social media ROI is measured against your specific goals: reach and impressions for awareness, engagement rate for community, and link clicks, leads, and revenue for conversion campaigns. All reported monthly with full visibility on what drove what.

Do you work with influencers?

Yes. We have an established UAE influencer network across lifestyle, food, real estate, fashion, and fitness, and handle all sourcing, negotiations, briefing, and content review. Our process involves identifying creators whose audience genuinely matches your target customers (not just follower counts), handling negotiation and contracts, briefing them on brand guidelines, and reviewing content before it goes live. Influencer campaigns can be added to a social media package or run as a standalone engagement.

Web Design & Development

How long does a website take to build?

A landing page takes 1–2 weeks, a standard 5–10 page lead-gen website takes 4–6 weeks, and larger e-commerce or bespoke builds run 8–14 weeks from brief to launch. We provide a detailed project timeline at the start of every engagement and have a strong on-time delivery record.

Do you build on WordPress, Shopify, or custom code?

We build on WordPress for most lead-gen and content sites, Shopify for e-commerce, and custom React or similar frameworks where neither standard platform suits the project. Our platform recommendation is based on your project requirements, not what's easiest for us. We'll always explain our reasoning.

Is SEO included in the website build?

Yes. Every website we build includes SEO foundations as standard: clean URL structure, heading hierarchy, meta tags, page speed optimisation, XML sitemap, and Google Search Console setup. For ongoing keyword targeting, content strategy, and link building, we offer dedicated SEO retainers that continue after launch.

Can you redesign my existing website without losing my Google rankings?

Yes. Around 40% of our projects are rebuilds or redesigns, and we always audit first and carefully migrate all existing SEO equity including redirects, content, and rankings. Before any design work begins, we audit your existing site to identify what's ranking, which pages drive traffic, and what must be preserved. We then implement proper 301 redirects, migrate content carefully, and monitor rankings closely through and after the transition.

Do you provide website hosting?

Yes. We offer managed hosting packages with UAE-optimised servers, daily backups, SSL certificates, and proactive security monitoring, or we can build to your existing hosting environment. Managed hosting clients also receive ongoing technical support: plugin updates, performance monitoring, and minor content changes. If you prefer to own your hosting, we can build to your specifications with full handover documentation.

Consulting

What's the difference between consulting and a retainer?

Consulting is focused on strategy: we analyse, build a roadmap, and give you direction. A retainer involves ongoing implementation, where our team actively manages your channels month to month. Consulting is focused on strategy. We analyse your current situation, identify the gaps and opportunities, and build a prioritised roadmap. Then it's up to you (or your team) to execute. It's ideal for businesses that have in-house capacity but need senior strategic direction.

A retainer is ongoing implementation. Our team actively manages your campaigns, creates content, and runs your channels month to month. Many clients start with a consulting engagement to get clarity, then move into a retainer for execution.

If I hire you for consulting, can you also implement the strategy?

Yes. Juka is a full-service agency, so you can move from strategy into execution across SEO, paid advertising, social media, or web design without any briefing gap. Many clients find this preferable: the same team that built the strategy manages the implementation, so there's no briefing gap and accountability sits in one place. There's no obligation to do both, but the option is always there.

How long is a typical consulting engagement?

A focused audit and strategy delivery typically takes 3–4 weeks; ongoing advisory retainers run month to month; and intensive growth or market-entry engagements typically run 3 months. A focused marketing audit and strategy delivery typically takes 3–4 weeks, resulting in a detailed written roadmap you can act on immediately. For businesses going through rapid growth, a rebrand, or market entry, we recommend a 3-month intensive engagement that covers every channel, audience, and budget decision end to end.

Can you work alongside our existing agency or in-house team?

Absolutely. We work alongside existing agencies and in-house teams regularly, acting as an independent senior strategic layer without interfering with day-to-day operations. We act as an independent strategic layer, reviewing your current agency's or team's work and ensuring everything aligns with your overall business goals. We fill the senior strategy gap without interfering with day-to-day operations. We're not in the business of replacing agencies for the sake of it; we're in the business of making sure what you're doing is actually working.

Working With Us

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple: book a free 30-minute strategy call via our contact page, and we'll assess your digital presence and recommend the best path forward. There's no commitment and no hard sell. We'll review your current digital presence, discuss your goals, and give you an honest assessment of where the biggest opportunities are. If we're a good fit, we'll propose a tailored plan. If we're not, we'll tell you that too. Book your call here.

What does your onboarding process look like?

Onboarding takes 1–2 weeks and covers account access, briefing sessions, strategy alignment, and campaign or project setup before anything goes live. Our process has four stages: Discovery (we understand your business, goals, competitors, and current digital presence), Custom Strategy (we build your bespoke digital roadmap with 90-day growth targets), Launch & Execute (campaigns go live, content flows, tracking is set up), and Optimise & Scale (weekly data-driven iteration, doubling down on what works). You're involved at every stage, not handed off to an account manager you've never met.

Do I get a dedicated account manager?

Yes. Every client has a dedicated account manager who is your single point of contact for strategy, reporting, and any day-to-day questions or requests. More importantly, the senior specialist who built your strategy is directly involved in its execution, not a junior team member working from a brief. You always know who's responsible for your results and have direct access to them.

How do you report results?

We deliver monthly performance reports covering all agreed KPIs, plus ad hoc updates when significant changes occur, all accessible via your client dashboard or delivered by email. We provide weekly performance reports and monthly in-depth reviews. Reports cover: what we targeted, what we achieved, what we're changing and why. We don't send vanity dashboards. We send context. If something isn't working, we say so directly and explain what we're doing about it.

What information do you need from me to get started?

To get started we typically need access to your existing analytics, ad accounts, and website, plus a briefing session covering your goals, audience, and competitive context. For the initial strategy call, just your time. Once we move into a working relationship, we'll need access to your existing analytics and advertising accounts, brand assets (logo, guidelines, photography), and clarity on your business goals and budget. We have a structured onboarding process that guides you through this, and most clients complete it within a week.

Pricing & Contracts

How does Juka's pricing work?

Juka's pricing is based on monthly retainers scoped to your service mix and the size of your accounts. We provide a detailed proposal after your initial strategy call. Our pricing is bespoke to each client's scope, goals, and market. We don't publish package rates because a one-size-fits-all pricing model produces one-size-fits-all results. After our strategy call, we'll propose a tailored plan with transparent pricing that reflects exactly what you're getting and why. There are no hidden fees.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. We work on rolling monthly agreements with no long-term lock-in contracts, because we believe the relationship should be earned through results, not enforced through paperwork. Our terms are structured to keep us motivated to perform. If we're delivering results, the relationship continues. If we're not, you shouldn't be stuck. We earn the relationship month by month, which is why our client retention rate sits at 98%.

Do you offer a free trial or initial audit?

Yes. We offer a free initial audit covering your current digital presence, key opportunities, and the areas where budget is most likely being wasted before any engagement begins. We offer a free 30-minute strategy call during which we'll review your current digital presence and give you honest feedback on where the gaps and opportunities are. This isn't a sales pitch; it's a genuine audit. If you decide to move forward with us, great. If not, you'll leave with clarity on what needs to be done, regardless. Book your free call here.

Is the ad spend included in Juka's fees?

No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google, Meta, or other platforms by you. Juka's management fee covers strategy, setup, optimisation, and reporting, not the media budget itself. Our management fee and your ad spend are separate. The ad budget goes entirely to buying media, not to us. This is the most transparent model and ensures there's no conflict of interest in how we allocate your budget. We'll always recommend the split between management fee and media spend that makes strategic sense for your goals.
